Bringing clarity to a technical offering
Cloudpacer is a cloud and DevOps services company focused on helping businesses scale through flexible, high-quality staff augmentation and engineering support. While their offering was strong, the website struggled to clearly communicate value. Messaging was fragmented, technical concepts felt overwhelming, and the overall experience did not reflect the confidence or maturity of the service.
My role was to redesign the Cloudpacer website to better articulate their expertise, simplify complex ideas, and present the brand as a modern, reliable partner for cloud and engineering solutions.
STRATEGY
Build One system, not fifteen products
The core strategy was to move away from one-off designs and instead create a flexible brand system that could scale across the full catalog. Big Dog Antler Chews already had a recognizable mascot, but it was underutilized and inconsistently applied. The opportunity was to turn that mascot into a central visual anchor while building a cohesive design language around it.
The approach focused on three priorities:
1. Establishing a consistent visual theme that could be applied across all products
2. Refreshing outdated images to feel premium, clean, and trustworthy
3. Clearly communicating product features in a structured, easy-to-scan format that works for Amazon shoppers
This system-first mindset ensured every product felt like part of the same brand, regardless of size or variation.
KEY INSIGHT
On Amazon, consistency builds credibility. When products look disconnected or outdated, customers question quality. A strong, repeatable visual system helps shoppers recognize the brand instantly and trust it faster.
SOLUTION
a complete amazon brand upgrade
I redesigned Big Dog Antler Chews’ Amazon storefront, brand story, and A+ content to create a unified and professional shopping experience. Each product listing was rebuilt using the same visual framework, allowing customers to easily understand differences between products while reinforcing brand recognition.
Product imagery was a major focus. Many existing images lacked clarity and detail, so I rebuilt them using a hybrid workflow. I used AI tools to regenerate cleaner, more detailed product visuals and then refined and upscaled them using Topaz Labs software to achieve high-resolution, marketplace-ready images. This process allowed the brand to maintain authenticity while significantly improving visual quality.
The final result was a cohesive, scalable Amazon catalog that feels modern, trustworthy, and intentionally designed. Big Dog Antler Chews now presents as a unified brand rather than a collection of individual products, making it easier for customers to navigate, compare, and buy with confidence.
